Extremely over priced! Customer service was poor, the work was half-ass. Took them way to long with my car and on top of everything they lost my keys and blamed it on me. Needless to say I will not be returning here nor will I recommend anyone else to take their car to this place.
I went there for the first time on 6/3/17. My car wasn't cleaned right. The bottom part of my truck u can still see dirt also I still had spots on my windows. The wipe down inside my car wasn't cleaned to the fullest and I paid $34.00. I was disappointed.
The worst place I have ever been!!! First they don't know how to organize and run their business and sometimes you have to wait 2 hours for a simple car wash! Second they did scratched my 100000$ Range Rover and so called manager where acting so bossy like she is the owner with her nose up in the sky! My mistake that I didn't call a police right away for report! Never go there,save yourself the headaches!
Great experience. Got my car detailed inside and out. Only took a few hours. Everyone was very friendly and had great customer service. When I picked up my car I inspected the car to make sure it was done properly, I was amazed on how well they detailed the car. My mom and sister had taken their cars to other places for detailing and they could not compare to how well done of a job they did in my car. I would recommend anyone to take their car to here for any type of service.
The best experience ever. It's always worth the drive (from Schaumburg). The manager is the sweetest - she is always around to make sure you leave the place happy! Keep up with the work you do cause you do it perfectly!
Recently had a kind of negative experience at luxury auto due to a misunderstanding on both ends, however the owner Adam Jidd personally reached out to me and offered to make it right. I'm very grateful for that and thank him for his outstanding customer service. Aside from that, luxury auto is easily the best car wash in the northwest suburbs in my opinion and I will now remain a loyal customer thanks to Adam.
I loved the customer service and my Ford Focus looks brand new again! They went out of their way to take care of me and my car! I will definitely go back again and recommend them to anyone looking for a quality job on their car.
