I’ve had the monthly wash plan paid in advance for goin on a year. Started off great but over the last 5 months the quality has not been the same. First it was micro scratched all over my black truck the first time they touched it after I had it buffed to remove all the imperfections. Then it was had an up charge if I wanted the bugs off the hood of my truck. Then it’s been a series of missed spots and poor quality control. Terrible service by the manager (Gina) after cancelling my appointment without telling me
Car came out with cracked front windshield �� which was definitely not there going in. Manager( some lady) was rude about it
