After looking at many apartments in the downtown chinatown area I decided to go with 660 Washington because working with the leasing team was truly a great experience. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! My daughter and I came in for only 2 days to look at apartments and we saw many that were comparable and nice. But, what made us go with 660 Washington is their leasing team. Our leasing agent Hazel was so friendly and knowledgeable. Then we had the pleasure of working with Jaqueline one of the leasing managers and she went above and beyond to help us. The service team is the best and always on time! Benji is the best gets the work done and very polite!
One of the reasons why I live in this apartment is because of the maintenance team, and how things are instantly fixed without any worries. Carlos Moran does an excellent job, and has quickly made repairs to my apartment within hours of requesting them!
