I was shown the apartments by Dimitar. He was very responsive and friendly and made us feel like all of our needs were taken care of . Would recommend you to take a tour with Dimitar if you want to see the luxury amenities living by the water in LIC.
Dimitar was great to work with. He quickly found many places that matched exactly what I was looking for. He was able to get me tours before they were even available on the apartment websites. Went from not finding any places I liked after weeks of searching by myself to signing a lease within a few days of working with Dimitar. Highly recommend!
