I cannot say enough great things about Art and his team. I was rear ended on 10/15 and they made the whole process incredibly smooth. It was my first car accident so anxiety and stress levels were high, but shortly after the accident we arrived to his shop and Art greeted us, assured us everything would be taken care of and handed me the keys to a rental. I had an amazing experience with Luxurious Customs!!! The guys were friendly and very professional. I dropped off my car with Art on a Monday morning and he had it finished by Thursday afternoon. I could not be more impressed with the work done. They not only fixed my car, but they gave it a great cleaning and did a touch up on the the nicked paint on my doors! I had an excellent experience with Art and Luxurious Customs. Art is a genuine, fair, and helpful owner who has earned his great reputation. My car broke down on the freeway and AAA brought me to his shop. He was very helpful and covered a large portion of my rental car price while the car was being fixed as I had to go back to Los Angeles to work. I highly recommend this shop. Great costumer service and fair prices.
