Back in the beginning of April this year, I rented a limousine for my mom’s 90th birthday on June 22. Everything went smoothly. The gentleman Mr. String Fellow was very kind. I paid $844 on my credit card. My mother fell very ill in May. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the limousine. I called and spoke with Mr. String Fellow on May 31, and he said he was sorry to hear about my mom and told me he’d refund my credit card, but it would take 7-10 business days. If you need a limo service. Contact Lux Pro! Customer service and rates are excellent. Driver was prompt and professional. The vehicle met my expectation and beyond. My family and I had a great time for my Mother's 70th birthday. Thank you Lux Pro! We'll be in contact for future events.

Extremely unhappy with this company. It took me sometime to decide to write this post. Really was expecting for the company to take full account for breaching the contract. The limousine party bus was an embarrassing, poorly maintained and an eyesore. It was just unprofessional to even consider to allow that to leave the yard for a customer's event.
