If I had a choice put no stars I would! I bought my wedding set only a year ago. My engagement ring broke in half 3 times! My band only 1 time cause I just started wearing it. They did fix it every time but the last time I gave them BOTH RINGS and when I came to pick them up I was told they only had 1 ring and they didn't have the other one. Told me I didn't bring in another one cause the bag they had the ring in only explained how to fix one ring. Disappointed with end product. Bought a diamond wrap for my solitaire diamond. After 3 trips to pick it up, rings still did not fit correctly or comfortably, but was told that’s how it’s supposed to be & I didn’t want to argue.Taking rings to a “ real jeweler “ to have fixed. Was hoping for better customer service !

My (now) husband and I walked in here on a whim looking for wedding, and I found my ring! I had some reservations about not going to a big name store, but I am so glad I went with my heart. They sized it so quickly and made an adjustment to my stone after the ceremony. Ali was so great. I love my ring so much!
