Quite possibly one of the most disappointing stays I've ever had in a hotel. Rooms marginally clean, hallways had odd smell, over priced food that was cold and bland. Charge $13 per day for valet parking on top of expected gratuity. Hotel very out dated and dirty. Certainly won't do this again Luxor should change its name to Loser!!
We had a wonderful time and cannot fault the service and the staff. Although the decor us a little tired, everything is clean and the beds are comfortable. Altogether a good experience. We would stay again
Check in was fast and easy. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Only disappointment was the closing of half the pool after the weekend. Not enough lifeguards .If the number of supervisors that came out to see us after we complained had been lifeguards it would have been open. More important staff. ..less " supervisors " producing nothing but hot air
