Pretty from the outside but a really crap hotel, staff was horrible. Rude, unwelcoming, and liars. Didn't mention anything about the green parking card, and she wants to try and tell us there's a sign, there is no sign, and all the staff in the parking area said there wasn't either. Room was disgusting, got a tower suite, pretty room but dirty, greasy prints all over the windows, hair in the shower, dust under tables. Nasty. A vegas icon! Make sure to ask for a renovated Cleopatra room...very nice! A lot of folks put this property lower in reviews, but it is nice
Hotel needs a revamp.. Otherwise nice place.. Could do to av more entertainment in the evenings, a band or singer would be good.. Where you can have a dance and enjoy the music.. Apart from that we slept well and can't fault the cleanliness.. We had clean towels every day and the bed was very comfortable and clean..
I started visiting Las Vegas in 2005. I really looked forward to my stay. I booked a room in the pyramid and payed for it over expedia. But I did not get it. I was located in a tower-room with the airconditioning machines right outside. Working 24hours. I have no words LUXOR. The room was o.k.. But the furniture has seen better days. I really like the Luxor. I also visited Criss Angels Show. Brilliant. So after all I give you a "good". The Maximum. Your Management should read this and speak with the staff. It was my 1st time in Las Vegas and my Husband and I had an Awesome experience� We shell b coming back soon.
All ways my favorite make me feel appreciate with the Good price
I love the Luxor the people are friendly and helpful. I always have a great time and the variety of games and restaurants WOW. The self parking was a bit confusing was charged even though I have a pearl card. Will be going back to watch the Super Bowl �
