This company told my Health Coordinator at a local hospital, that I didn't want the services and that I denied their assistance 3 times. That is not true. What I needed was assurance that I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket for any of their services. The could not provide me that assurance in writing. My second concern was that they couldn't make up their mind whether they would accept my insurance or not. If I could leave 0 stars I would. After my mother illness the rehabilitation hospital recommended Luxor Home Health to us for help with getting the supplies we needed at her home so when she was released the transition to home would be a easy as possible. Part of the blame of our situation also goes to the rehab hospital because there was NO follow up at all.
