This company told my Health Coordinator at a local hospital, that I didn't want the services and that I denied their assistance 3 times. That is not true. What I needed was assurance that I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket for any of their services. The could not provide me that assurance in writing. My second concern was that they couldn't make up their mind whether they would accept my insurance or not. The first representative, a very friendly gal, initially stated that they would accept both of my insurances. Then I re... read more
