Everybody from nurse to physical therapy and Jean who helped my mom with shower were very good and kind. The only disappointing thing is I wish PT could last longer, mom really needs it. Will look at north bay for more PT for mom

This company told my Health Coordinator at a local hospital, that I didn't want the services and that I denied their assistance 3 times. That is not true. What I needed was assurance that I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket for any of their services. The could not provide me that assurance in writing. My second concern was that they couldn't make up their mind whether they would accept my insurance or not.
