I highly recommend Luxor cleaning. From initial contact to the day leading up to the appointment they where very responsive. The morning of the cleaning came, and the lady sent; Eva was very professional and pleasant. She did a extensive job in three hours and the products used left the house smelling very pleasant. I had some interesting experiences with two other companies in NJ, that left me fixing items broken without them informing me and very disappointed. Anna did an amazing job cleaning our home! She was very sweet and pleasant and made us feel comfortable. She did a very thorough job. We have already asked for her back again!
Anna came for the first time today and did a wonderful job. She is such a warm and professional person and I felt very comfortable with her. She did a very thorough, detailed cleaning, with the wood floors, kitchen cabinets, bathroom etc.. I am definitely going to have Anna come on a regular basis. Also appreciate Luxor Aroma's thoughtful gift of the quality hand soap, a nice and unexpected touch!
We used the service for the first time today and were extremely happy with the cleanliness of my parents' condo. Anna did an amazing job, and I haven't seen it looking that good in a long, long time. She worked non-stop for two hours to have the condo ready for my mom to return from a long hospital stay. Aggie, from the office, also went out of her way to fit us in at the last minute, since my mom was coming home this week. I can't thank you enough.
What an excellent cleaning company. I didn't have to tell Helen much. She was prepared and ready for business. She did an amazing job and I will be using Luxor again. I recommend this company.
