Great, consistent service. And always on time!
Not at all worth the cost. I’d never used a cleaning service before but thought I’d give it a try at the end of my pregnancy for a deep clean. At the price point charged, I expected much more. Baseboards weren’t cleaned, cupboards and handles weren’t wiped down and couches weren’t vacuumed. I was charged a pet fee for my dog so I assumed that was because furniture would take more time to be vacuumed and cleaned but that’s not even a service they offer. I was referred to Luxoclean by a friend and booked their move-in cleaning service for my condo before new tenants moved in. They did a phenomenal job! The place looked spotless and felt fresh and my tenants were very happy. Also the customer service was very professional and explained everything to us in details and the cleaners were very friendly and arrived on time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone they are very reliable and do great cleaning.
