The material did not arrive on time—not even close to the agreed-upon delivery date. I made call after call and received excuse after excuse. I requested a refund, only to be told that they didn’t know how to process it. Now I’m still waiting for a solution to a problem that was caused by the company in the first place. Very disappointing experience
My experience with working with them on my counter tops and backsplash lead me to them when I needed tile for my bathroom. Igor and Karine were so helpful
Another 5 Star review from us! What an incredible experience we had with Michelle Clarke taking top honors for the company. . Working with her was a dream come true. She is very knowledgeable and a great communicator, keeping us informed about the process all along the way. She told us how long it would take, start to finish, and guess what? They finished a day early! We had No surprises ever, and best of all, No mistakes. Our kitchen is beautiful. Thank you Michelle!
BEWARE! I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with this company. They used two different color grouts on my bathroom floor tile and will not correct it. They admitted that The grout does not match, however they will not fix it. I have spent a fortune with this company, and I am shocked at the lack of responsibility they take for their work.
5 Stars - Highly Recommend! We recently had some countertop work done and couldn't be happier with the results. The craftsmanship was excellent — every detail was handled with great care and precision. Special thanks to Igor, who was professional, reliable, and a true expert in his work. He made sure everything stayed on schedule and kept us informed throughout the project. If you're looking for quality stonework and a team you can trust, I highly recommend this contractor.
