I waited for two hours just for removal that I got an appointment for and I had to pay fifteen dollars for poor service. And when I got my nails done my fingers started bleeding and the blood got into my nails.

Had been to this place several times before and had good experience most of the time. Today had a dipping powder done by a rude not so professional person named Lala. when she was doing my nails the thumb nail was not done right. So, I asked her whether she was going fix it with the brushing for which she didnt respond. After few minutes I asked her the same question, for which she rudely responds saying that YOU HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL I FINISH ALL MY STEPS. I had a 2:00pm appointment and wasn’t seen until 2:40. A short delay of 10–15 minutes is understandable, but 40 minutes is excessive and defeats the purpose of booking an appointment. If there isn’t availability, appointments shouldn’t be scheduled. I would have happily booked for another day if I had been told about the delay when I checked in—but that didn’t happen.
