First cleaning today at Luxe. Overall positive experience. Hygienist was friendly, patient and concerned for my comfort. Good conversations during the procedure which passed the time quickly. My entire family is now at Luxe and we are happy with our decision to transfer to this dental practice. This is a very professional and pleasant office.
One of the best experiences I've ever had with Dentistry. Great dentists, great staff, very accommodating and the technology was a surprise. The whole staff went out their way to walk me through all procedures, charges, and insurance information. Spa like atmosphere. Quality and service in one place. I would recommend this dental office to everyone.
I had a cap fall off at dinner the evening before. I called the next morning and was thrilled to be in the office in 20 Minutes. Cap put back on and on my way. Thank you!!!!!
I am very happy to receive dental care at Luxesmile. Everyone is kind, I am made to feel completely comfortable, and I believe the dental care I get is excellent. I never feel like I am being manipulated to purchase products or treatments that I don't need, which has happened to me in the past at other providers. I had my first visit at Luxe Smile today. I was very nervous but the staff were very warm and welcoming. I have not been to a dentist in a while and my teeth are far from perfect. The staff and Dr Sarah made me feel at ease and less self conscious about my flaws. I had a very pleasant experience and I look forward to my appointment next week with Dr. Will :)
