Low quality. Overpromise and under deliver. The staff are very nice. It's a very poorly constructed building with poor quality fixtures, cabinets, walls etc. But they charge a luxury price. Not enough parking. Poor website experience. Makes paying rent very hard. They have a cool coffee machine but limit the community room hours so greatly you can never use it and they cut a lot of corners as an attempt to save money. Terible management and customer service I lived here for over a year. Always getting the run around. Even took almost all of my deposit to replace the stove from burns. hahah $409 to be exact. I feel burns on a stove should be under normal wear and tear, but I guess not.

disappointment We have been residents from the end of October. The apartment was just Ok we tried not to pay attention on poor furniture quality. But Recently I had an incident with my bicycle which was stolen from the bicycle storage room. This room has been guaranteed safe with cameras in and out of the room as well as lockers that only accept resident’s keys. Conveniently Located!!! I've been living here for a year and it has been wonderful. Brand new luxury apartments that have energy efficient GE appliances. Indoor heated parking garage is a blessing in the winter time. Location is wonderful. Only 10 minutes away from both the airport and Mall of America and a variety of groceries and restaurants are within 5 miles. Very friendly and helpful service and staff. It is quiet and peaceful at all times. Apartments are pet friendly and there is also a dog park here.
The best of the best! Luxembourg has it all and then some! In addition to the resort-style amenities, this place is brand spanking new, sparkling porcelain floors, fresh paint, and community areas make you feel refreshed, relaxed, and happy to be inside the walls of 'The Lux'. My 2 1/2 weeks at Luxembourg When I arrived to Luxembourg with my moving truck, I handed the leasing agent my check and he told me he had already handed out my keys to my roommate who had gotten there earlier- which I find very strange. They did not review any guidelines, make sure I had renters insurance or even walk through the apartment with us. Lorenzo Johnson-Kellogg Everything in Luxembourg is top of the line. The apartments are excellent and very well designed. It comes fully furnished,and maintenance is very responsive. The place is very secure. Luxembourg apartments is what I call luxury life made easy. I give very high recommendations for these apartments.
