Would give this a zero star. Do not buy a Groupon for this establishment. Unprofessional and lack of communication are two words that describe my experience. I scheduled appointments for my daughter and I the night before we left for our cruise. I was told they only had one tech and it would be an hour each. Due to buying the Groupons, I made the appointments. We arrived and the place is hard to find and access to the business is even harder.
