I had an amazing visit . And now they keep charging me monthly and have been closed for several months the owners wanted it to work but ....can u update your site to say closed and stop charging me and refund me the monthly membership please ......
I’ve been coming to this salon for a while now, and unfortunately, it’s gone through two ownership changes during that time. I absolutely loved my original stylist, but she moved on, and after that, every visit involved being assigned to someone new. We booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance, and when we showed up for the appointment the store was closed and nobody was answering the phone. The salon is supposed to be open from 9am-3pm on Mondays.
I had such a bizarre experience with Nichole. She was incredibly pushy about doing color when I said I wasn’t interested and while I answered work emails on my phone she commented on how she can’t remember the last time someone came in who didn’t want to talk (?? I was working). She also cut my bangs crooked so I had to fix them when I got home.
