Not the best experience, I was targeted by certain staff members and treated poorly at times. while some staff members were exceptionally helpful and supportive(Danielle, nick, Laura, Johanna, and Chantelle as well as the chef). The overall company was trying to get the most money out of my insurance as possible. The staff took the time to truly listen to our loved one’s story, their fears, and their needs. They didn’t offer a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, they met them where they were emotionally and mentally. Through patience, encouragement, and consistent support, the staff helped our loved one gain clarity and insight into themselves. They were given the tools, coping skills, and confidence needed to begin real, lasting change.

The staff is equally outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. They communicated clearly, followed through on what they said, and created an environment that felt safe and structured. You could tell they take pride in their work and hold themselves to a high standard.
