Luxe Property Services is the worst property management company. The HOA is very high and poorly managed. Myself and the neighbor have had an overnight burglary and the camera could not catch the suspect due to the HOA not having enough light on their property. It has been brought to the HOA’s attention immediately and nothing has been done to assist. Perhaps implementing security or proper lighting on the property.
