While the nail services may be good, the customer service is poor. I called while en route to the facility to let them know that I would be 10 minutes late. Once I arrived, They then said I could not be serviced as it would make the client behind me late. Prior appointments I have set anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes waiting to be serviced and that was never a problem. I was with Desiree. She is amazing. Great conversation! We did a complete removal from a previous place that over lapped multiple types of hard/ soft gel. She got me together. Very natural looking just how I like. I booked my follow up immediately.
Nails came out pretty, but customer service was lacking to the point of feeling of uncomfortable and wanting to leave. I will definitely never return or recommend to my PEERS are they maybe be treated the same way.
