If I could give zero I would. Called ahead made an appt. Showed up 5 min early and was told there were no techs available because they had just accepted clients and it was going to be a 30-45 min wait now. Then when they saw we had service animals they had to call the owner who informed us for the protection of the “scared guests” we had to muzzle the service dogs…. 1.
