**Update: went again for french tips and had a great nail tech- super attentive and precise! Came for a full set. Great looking nails but my cuticles were cut multiple times by the dremel causing my fingers to bleed. Photo taken 3 days after. See index finger for cut.
I recently had a very disappointing experience at Luxe. The nail technician was extremely rude and argumentative throughout my appointment. I initially requested a specific nail shape, but she insisted that I get a coffin shape instead. When I later expressed that I was unhappy with the results, she dismissed my concerns and claimed that this was what I had asked for, which was not the case. Amazing!! I’ve had experiences at other nail places where they cut my hand and charge insane amounts for the end result. This place was amazing. The lady who did my nails was so nice, did exactly as I wanted, was very gentle and precise and efficient. Worth every penny.
