I have been going to Luxe for 4 years now and couldn’t recommend them enough! Always greeted with smiles & such good service! The place is clean and comfortable & they go above to make you feel welcome! Tracy has been doing my nails all these years & she is INCREDIBLE at designs and technique. I can show her a picture and she will do better. The shape is always perfect & I never leave unsatisfied! Highly highly recommend!!
Honestly I usually love them, awesome prices, usually good service and excellent work. But this time I went for a fill, my tips should of had a second coat so you see clear patches up close, the man doing my nails was okay but came off rude as my 2 year old was with me and seemed annoyed about that. Never did he clean or do the thing they always do under your nails for a fill. No base coat for French tips. You can’t go wrong with who you choose to do your nails. Everyone here is amazing! You guys are awesome!
Went here with my mom for graduation nails. Not overly impressed. The employees seemed like they didn’t care much and were more worried about being on their phones. The nail polish didn’t end up looking very good. You can see different layers and a bit of bubbling. Just overall not a lot of attention to detail or quality.
My nails started coming off just three days after getting them done, and they left my grandma sitting there in the middle of her service to help many other clients. It felt like no one wanted to help her, and to make it worse, her nail polish started peeling off just two days later. I was really disappointed with the services
