I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I came in expecting a clean, professional nail service, and left completely disappointed. The nail shape was uneven and poorly done. When I politely requested cuticle care, they told me it would cost extra, even though that's a basic part of any manicure. Went there 4 times horrible service staff were rude careless rushed. Permanently damaged one of my nails and they weren’t even done all the way the girl who was doing them said I don’t want to do the pinky charms. Like are you serious I didn’t want to leave a tip and they stole my money so I strongly suggest not going here. Every time I’ve gone they were HORRIBLE! Nail prep should NEVER burn or hurt and monomer shouldn’t smell like vinegar. Be careful if you go here. Took 3 hours for a set that I hate.
