I never leaves reviews, good or bad, but this was just such a bad experience. When I arrived, there were only 2 people there. They were getting pedicures. Me and my mom signed in and I was getting dip. He shows me the dip colors and I finally pick out one and I sit down. It’s about 11:15 at this time. Once I sit down, I’m looking at the price sheet and he sees me and proceeds to tear them off the wall and throw them away. He sits down to do my nails and is just very slow. Deceitful! Got a quote for $40 for my gel refill and halfway through the technician with a coat embroidered Mary said it was $45!! Price List suggested $30. Was a Walk In - so a stranger- which the website encouraged. Of course I protested but halfway through?!? Left in unenviable situation. Language difficulties got worse when I protested. English is my only language.
Has been my go to place since middle school. I always come in with the most fun designs and they kill it every time. The atmosphere is so fun & happy! Highly recommended
Love the color selections, and the staff is friendly and polite...however, not even 24hrs after paying $40 for a pedicure, my polish started chipping off. I typically do not get gel or acrylic because it damages your nails if not removed properly (which is very time consuming). Even my OPI polish lasts longer than a day.
Great service. 1st time customer. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean nail salon. Got builder gel on my natural nails, had to 1 tipped. Got a cats eye base, nail art and stickers. Will definitely be returning in the future.
