This is the 5th pedicure I have had here and I have been mostly satisfied until today. Today was different. A young woman did my pedicure. It was so painful! She was really rough and one of my toes was bleeding when she was done. The pedicure was also sloppy. I won't be back if this is the type of employee that works here now

I went today (7/2/25) for a full set. I told the lady I wanted medium length almond shaped nails. She cut my nails incredibly short AND LOPSIDED. She asked me if I wanted a design. I told her no. She said oh no I need a design and said she would do a flower for me. I told her no that I do not like flower designs. Then she said how about a cat. Walked in to get a quick manicure. They were prompt and got me sat immediately, which I appreciated. The salon looked clean. The only issue I had was with the woman who did my nails. Didn’t catch her name, but she was an older woman. She was very rough with my hands. She pushed my cuticles back so hard and fast to where it was uncomfortable. Still, I’m not used to getting my nails done, so I thought it was no biggie. Then she pulled out the cuticle trimmers and I started to get anxious. Nice environment but don’t be deceived by the pedicure choices…. Paid $65 for the pedicure that includes a 20 min massage. No massage was detected!! When I asked about it after my nails were painted, she started to put oil on my legs and massage. Anyway, don’t come here if a massage is an important part of your pedicure experience.
