Terrible service. The guy is super rude and unprofessional. He should not be in the service oriented business at all. I have never seen this type of rude behavior and attitude. I will make sure none of my friends or family members go to that place! I left the place and went to the Lush Nail in Manassas Park right after and all the ladies there in Lush Nail were super nice, friendly and welcoming as well.as their service was outstanding.
I was so disappointed and upset with today’s service. I called 2 hours before if I could come in and the guy said yes, when I went I waited atleast 30 mins or so which is fine but if you are that busy tell me to come back later or another day. I’m 39 weeks pregnant. I asked to clean my toes, no polish just cut shape and top coat. The lady took me and I thought she was going to put in water cut my cuticles and clean my toes like the regular pedicure, and I asked for a massage like a 10 min or 5 mins foot massage.
