I have never been to a cleaner, well kept nail salon. (Each lotion, scrub, cream is carefully set out in individualized stainless steel cups. Each nail kit is sealed - new for each patron.) They meticulously sanitize each station! All of the technicians are extremely skilled, kind and go out of their way to make your experience luxurious! Thank you for such a relaxing, clean, safe, fun, environment! This momma of two so appreciates you!
I have done my own mani-pedi for almost 50 years. People always asked where I got them done!! I had a professional mani-pedi in 2010. Mine looked better, lasted longer! No thanks! Fast forward to 2019. A dear friend gave me a gift certificate to Luxe. Even made the appointment! Suffice it to say I’ve been back many times!
I treated my bridal party to manicures the day before my wedding, and I am so glad I chose Luxe Nail Bar. They shut down the salon during our event, and had wine glasses for us to use. The staff was professional, friendly and do beautiful work! Their prices are very reasonable and the salon is super cute itself

i purchased a gift cwrd for my 90 yr old mom who was unable to use it due to illness..so they charged me 5.00 for a check refund and refused the tip paid..nevr go there...i dont recall any posting of policies at this place...run to another salon there are plenty in Rockford
