I had a very disappointing experience here. From the start, the staff were not welcoming and didn’t take the time to listen to my simple request. There was no cuticle prep done at all, and the work felt rushed and rough on my nails. Midway through, the first technician admitted she couldn’t do a basic French tip and simply had me sit and wait for another worker to finish it, without any explanation or apology. Overall, the lack of care, professionalism, and basic customer service made this visit unpleasant.
