I went in yesterday to get my eyebrows waxed, and instead of receiving the service I asked for, the lady ended up shaving my eyebrows halfway off with a razor! I am extremely disappointed and upset with this experience. I came in expecting a simple eyebrow wax, not to walk out with my eyebrows practically gone. Your eyebrows are a huge part of your appearance, and to have someone take that much hair off without your consent or without properly communicating what they were doing is completely unacceptable. It’s my first time coming here since my usual nail salon was closed Took me and my girl here for some pedicures and by far had the worst service ever I got an old Chinese lady that just looked incompetent in what she was doing had zero skills on the pedicure game me and my fiancé both agreed never to come back to this place again

I first walked in with a reference photo and the lady acted like she was gonna be able to do it, Until the acrylic was already set and it was time to start doing my design did she say that there was no way she could do that and then I had to choose something else so I went on and showed her three other designs which she concluded she couldn’t do any of those either.
