I have had several different treatments done with LUXE Medical Spa and they have all been wonderful. Today I did the PRP Aquagold vampire facial.....it was amazing, looking forward to seeing the results over the next few days! Office staff and doctor are all just super friendly. So happy I found a place I enjoy going to and so close to home. Highly recommend!!!

This place is awful. I don't know how this place has any good reviews. I have been nothing but disappointed with them. First of all, Sheryl has stood me up twice. I used to live in the area, but now I live in Forney. I have driven all the way to Luxe in Allen and Frisco from Forney to have her not show up to my appointment. Secondly, the laser hair removal doesn't even work. I have gone nine times now and I still have hairy armpits. Sheryl has told me that this was due to the incompetence from the other employees. Dr. Shipes did my botox and juvederm today and I am THRILLED with the results. She used state of the art techniques that I had not experienced before and thoroughly explained the techniques and materials. Beautiful office, highly skilled and trained staff and great prices too! I'll definitely be back.
