Very professional and talked me through the entire process. Neisha customer service was top tier and I will be going back to her again.
I had Janeisha Brown for my appointment, she was amazing and made me feel very comfortable and cared for. We chatted the hole time and was sure make sure I got exactly what I wanted out of the service which was fantastic. Being a plus size women she also made me feel very comfortable and was the most positive experience I've had getting waxed. Prices are great and I highly recommend coming here and treating yourself!
Wow! Luxe is a hidden gem in Americus that everyone needs to know about. Had a facial by Neisha and it was absolutely wonderful. I’ll definitely be making this a monthly appointment and I can’t wait to try out the other services. The environment was so relaxing and calming and Neisha made me feel right at home. 5+ star experience, no doubt.
Both ladies up here are so sweet and make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I’ve had the pleasure of getting my eyebrows done with Niome and a Brazilian wax with Janeisha. When I talk to them I feel more like a friend rather than a client. 🥰
