Dr. Nima and Nina are the best fest most skilled high experienced doctors. I ve experienced so many wrong dental facility but Lux dental is one stop they are highly experienced in all dental procedures and they have great payment plans and pricing . Terrible experience as a returning patient after five years. This office added an undisclosed 3% credit card surcharge on my veneer, crown, and implant treatments without including it in my signed treatment plan. This hidden fee is a clear violation of California Civil Code Section 1770 (SB 478), which mandates upfront fee disclosure.Worse than the deceptive billing was the incompetent clinical work. My finance and I have been so happy here! We have had terrible experiences with dentists in the past and we were so hesitant to go anywhere new, they completely changed that for us! Typically, dental visits haven’t been my favorite—can I just say that from the moment I walked in, I felt like family. Everyone—from the front desk to the entire staff—is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their patients.
