From the moment my mom and I walked in, I was blown away by how STUNNING the store was. Janelle was absolutely amazing! She made us feel so welcomed and truly listened to what I was looking for. Her warmth, professionalism, and eye for detail made the day an absolute dream! She was also such a fun person to shop with—her energy made the experience even more special. I walked into Luxe Bridal today fully prepared for emotional damage and a snack run afterward. As a curvy bride with a traumatic wedding dress shopping past (shoutout to my first wedding 15 years ago for the fashion PTSD), I wasn’t expecting much. Maybe one dress I could sort of zip up if I held my breath and did a prayer squat. But instead? I got magic. Every single dress I wanted to try—I could actually try on. Based on the other stores we've been to for my mom's wedding, in this store we definitely had the best experience. The dresses were gorgeous, and the atmosphere was inviting. We felt really welcomed inside! The customer service was to die for. They were friendly to us under 18s, and so helpful to my mom. We'll so be back for grad in a few years !
