This was the first place I went wedding dress shopping and had an amazing experience! The people were so personable and easy to be around, easy to build a relationship with and made us feel so comfortable. She really tailored the experience to us and made it so magical!! I ended up buying my dress here and would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a wedding dress!!
The girls and I went in totally lost on where to start, and we had an AMAZING time with the owner, it was the first place we’d been to, we not only had a great time and had a blast with the owner, Janelle, but we found the dress super quick. Alterations were easily accommodated, with no extra charge, which was also a plus! Purchased a gift card from a charity.Event that I went to last year, sadly my wedding was postponed so I was not able to use the gift card before it's expiry. Spoke with both the owners, the mother and the daughter duo ownership of the bridle shop.Although the mother said they would honor the certificate, the daughter would not. I understand let's certificate expired, but it was for charity, they did receive a tax benefit for it and I was disappointed in the customer's service. Would not shop here again.
