I bought package of 5 for microdermabrasions just before Covid. When they reopen I called and left messages many times to set up appointment … they never answered calls and never returned the calls. I lost $125 from not able to use the package. My advice is to never pay them upfront or buy any packages as they might not honor yours like they did not mine
I had an appointment July 18 I showed up and no one was there, I waited for 15 minutes and nothing. I have been calling them for over a week now and leaving messages and nobody has gotten to me yet. Not really happy about that. If something happened to could have confirmed the day before my appointment before I showed up for nothing.
