This story is too complicated to explain, but I overall had a really bad experience here. I was offered a 40% refund in exchange for not being able to post a review. It was made clear that it was not an admission of fault, but a kindhearted gesture. I only knew the job was done poorly when I went in to get a fill somewhere else and the artist there refused to work on my lashes at all, because of the shape they were in. I’m absolutely obsessed with my brows and lashes!!! She did such an amazing job — everything was so аккуратно, professional and beautiful. My lashes have NEVER looked this full and noticeable before, and I get compliments every single day now! She was also so sweet, caring and answered all my questions. You can truly tell she has experience and really cares about quality. Highly recommend 💗

Got a lash lift and brow lamination which were both amazing! I especially appreciated how she asked how dramatic or subtle I wanted the curl of my lashes to be. Super happy with the results and would recommend her to anyone, will definitely be back! Thank you so much again!

Liza does an amazing job with my eyelash extensions. I love that she is attentive to my wishes, very gentle, and the result is always fabulous and long‑lasting. Plus, it doesn’t take a bunch of time, which is critical for me. Liza also tries to be flexible and arrange visits at times that fit my schedule, which is typically impossible for busy mamas working full time. Highly recommend Liza!
