I was highly recommended to Janel for an Ombre treatment. She was very friendly but her work was below my expectations. She quoted me $350 for the service. The first visit she only finished 1/2 of my eyebrows and said I needed to come back 10 days later. At that time, it was considered a retouch and she charged me another $99.00 for something she should have finished in the first visit. She had me go back a third time to retouch the whole area. Kylie was really nice, it was my first time she explained everything to me and made me feel really comfortable. I was nervous that my lashes were gonna look very out there but they came out how I wanted. Kylie was great!
