I’ve been to Luxe Baby Ultrasound a few times now and my experiences have been nothing but amazing! She has always been extremely accommodating and kind, I’ve had no issues when booking my appointments. She was very kind and even offered us the free rescan when our baby wasn’t cooperating the first time and made pre booking our appt so easy. Luxe Baby goes above and beyond to give you a positive ultrasound experience. Compared to another ultrasound location that we visited previously, Luxe Baby took the extra time to get detailed images for us to take home and cherish forever!
I cannot not say enough great things about Luxe Baby! The ultrasound room was spacious and comfortable. Nicole really took her time to show us everything on the imaging. We can’t wait to go back!
I had such high hopes for Luxe Baby Ultrasound, but my experience was honestly terrible. The communication was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. Instead of being kind and patient, the tone in the messages came off snappy and disrespectful, which made the entire process uncomfortable.
