RecommendedReally a safe and enjoyable community to live in L.A. We choose this place because it's got a geometric center location on the map, either on account of a warm reception phone from Kyle. The property company really got a group of nice crews out there. Spent several months in Luxe 1801, we had our wonderful time here with our family and friends. I have been a resident for 2 years now (moving out end of the month) and have had constant problems; from sewage coming out of my shower drain to ceiling leaks multiple times! It doesn’t stop there, when I’ve had problems with electricity over the weekend I had to FIGHT for a reimbursement due to food spoilage and such. Additionally, ALL their piping has carbon buildup which causes faucets to clog weekly!
