I used Luxapatio for a significant pergola and outdoor kitchen project. My main contact was Carlos Ruiz. Overall my experience with Carlos and the finished job were both excellent. I feel that the price was in line with the skill demonstrated by everyone on the team. I would highly recommend Luxapatio and Patio District!
Terrible experience working with this company and I do not recommend them to anyone. They were extremely responsive and knowledgable during the sale phase but then dropped off in execution. Multiple emails and calls from myself and our contractor went unanswered. Permit paperwork not filed correctly multiple times (wrong address, incorrect dimensions, etc). Takes them months to turn around edits to the city. Pergola is "installed" but there was no official hand off on how to use it and we're still missing pieces. Unacceptabl... read more
