I have been to this place once before and was not impresse but I decided to give it another try and will never go back. I was getting a pedicure and realized that 3 of the 4 staff members who were giving pedicures were looking at me and speaking in another language which made the other ladies look at me too. after a long and miserable week.. i just wanted to relax and pamper myself. as luck would have it my usual salon was busy and i didn't feel like waiting any longer so decided to give this place a try. they were busy as well but fit me in fairly quickly. i have to say, i was very impressed with the service i received, so here i am. the technician i had gave me a head and shoulder massage as i was drying. let me tell you .. my horrible week was gone jjust like that!!! you'll definitely be seeing me again!
This place looks very pretty, but don't let that fool you. I went here for the first time with my boyfriend because I had begged for him to experience a pedicure with me. I got the Basic pedicure, he got the next one up that had the wax. Since I had recently gotten a pedicure before, I stuck with the basic because all I really needed was a paint job. i've been to this place 3 times for pedicures. The salon is very clean and nicely designed, however the first time I went a guy did my pedi I was done in 20min. and the polish looked horrible, the second time was much better, the third time which was today I got the reflexology pedi and guy did my pedi again, he kept getting up to answer his phone, he would stop to talk as he was doing the massage and his family came into the salon so he was talking to them too......very unprofessional. I will not be going back there
I got married in May and wanted my nails to look really nice. After visiting several nail salons, we decided to go to Lux Nails because they were able to accommodate three people at the same time and the place didn't have an overwhelming smell. I went with my mother-in-law and sister-in-law and we got manicures and pedicures done. The girls were extremely friendly, especially the owner, and gave us a really good experience. I do not recommend getting the brazilian wax. The technician did a horrible job on me and I ended up with blisters the very next day.
I checked out a couple of other nail places here in town but wasn't very impressed so I decided to give this place a try. it was nice to finally walk into a nail shop and not pass out from the smell. this place is very big with lots of chairs. they offer a lot of different types of pedicures. i went with the lux which came with a glass of wine and a free manicure. i haven't felt so relaxed in a long time.. and the massage was to die for!!! i'm very pleased to have found my new nail place!!
THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND THE SERVICE WAS AWSOME!! I HAD THE BEST PEDICURE I HAVE EVER HAD...I USED TO GO TO ANOTHER SALON AND TRIED THIS ONE BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSE TO WHERE I WORK AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE OTHER PLACE!! THE PRICES WERE ACTUALLY CHEAPER THAN MY OTHER PLACE TOO!! I ALSO LET THEM WAX MY EYEBROWS SINCE IT WAS ONLY $8 AND IT CAME OUT PERFECT!! I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND LUX TO ANYONE!! I'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!
Went for an pedi 2 weeks ago, clean nice but no extra effort. called today for the facial $300 deal! The woman was Short with words, could not answer my questions, Like experience, how long will it take.when I said I just want to what the procedures where she quickly said "Ya OK" I do it 30years! I made my appointment after hanging up feeling like I owed her a favor I called back and cancelled. Pleasant customer is one language! Too many spas on this strip for a new place to act like that.
