I've always had a great experience here. I usually get my waxing and hair appointments done at Lux. Amanda is a sweetheart and listens to my needs to make my coif look as good as it can be. In fact, I was just there yesterday! Tristan's skill as a waxer are superior! Rarely is it painful and she's interested in everything her customers say. Anyone who walks in the door gets a glass of wine or bottle of water and the monthly lunch is yum. Thanks, ladies! - Heather
This place is excellent. The staff is very attentive and hospitable and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I got a pedicure and haircut from Lindsay and they are both fantastic. She really did wonders with my unruly hair. I'm a poor college student and I can't usually afford things like this, but I'm so pleased with my new haircut that I intend to save up and come back.
Lindsay cut my hair and did a fantastic job. For some reason, many stylists are not very good with long hair and try to cut off a lot of it, but Lindsay was really good about checking with me to make sure she wasn't cutting off too much. She also did a good job with giving me long layers. Other stylists have given me layers that were too short, but her layers are still long enough to put into a ponytail. Lux Salon is a fabulous salon! Everyone there is very friendly and very professional. Kira is a wonderful stylist and knew all answers to all of my questions when it came to product. I have been several times since the salon has opened and have had a great experience ever time. I have been offered a beverage and something to read every time I have walked in the door. They have amazing line of product and have always had what I needed. I have recommended this salon and Kira to all of my friends and family. It is well worth it... read more
