Lux has provided us Caregivers and Companions intermittently for four years for a wheelchaired, progressively weakening and ill client/wife who passed away at age 92 during Lux care . The final two caregivers split some 80 7-day-a-week hours, rating one a 9, another 7+ and improving. We have worked with four different agencies and been supplied a total of 26 personnel over the years. Lux Home Care is an excellent agency. Allie is very responsive, kind, and tuned into the clients, the families, and the caregivers in her agency. Allie is passionate about caring for people. She has integrity, is caring and understands the clients and their families. She treats her staff very well. She provides excellent training, on- going support, presents for your birthday. This is a great company to work for and to care for your loved one.
Heroes definitely work there.....the care and attention from not only the caregivers but the ownership and administration far surpassed my family’s expectations when caring for our father. For almost three years Lux Home Care provided nursing aides for my father in Florida. I cannot say enough positive things about the agency. Julian arrived at the hospital to discuss their services before discharge. Judith made sure the right person was there to care for dad and provided emotional support to him and the family as conditions changed. My father felt safe and well cared for. Thank you to every nursing aide that cared for him.
