They sent me a nurse who did not have any experience in my wound care. She came to my home with no supplies. I had to provide everything, even scissors to cut the gauze. I had to tell her how my wound was packed at the hospital. She told my daughter-in-law that she went home and watched a video on how to care for my wound, and that was after her first visit. Extremely unprofessional and Dangerous. I had to go to ER to get her mistakes corrected.
Bad experience. She doesn't pay to the employees.

Lux has provided us Caregivers and Companions intermittently for four years for a wheelchaired, progressively weakening and ill client/wife who passed away at age 92 during Lux care . The final two caregivers split some 80 7-day-a-week hours, rating one a 9, another 7+ and improving. We have worked with four different agencies and been supplied a total of 26 personnel over the years.
