Dr Cohen is the most professional and knowledgeable orthodontist around and I would highly recommend her for both children and adults. Her team is also as professional as she is, which makes for a smooth overall process every step of the way.
I had such a difficult time working with the front desk that I decided to seek out other orthodontists. Judy kept telling me to call my insurance about something not showing up in their portal. I would then get placed on hold by my insurance while they tried to call Lux’s front desk. When I asked Judy/Lux if they could call my insurance directly, to cut out the middle man (me), they said they couldn’t. Not great customer service.
