Larry & his wife were very pleasant and easy to work with. When Larry came to the house to look at the project, I was praying to myself that his numbers would come in lower than the bigger companies, (these days, you never know). Had someone come out 3 weeks ago. Said he would call with an estimate never called back. I even called him back maybe 15 times left messages. Never got back to me. Won't even answer the phone
Thank you so much, our railings are beautiful. They are stunning and extremely sturdy. The horizontally mounted picket railings on my front porch are my favorite but the curved handrails are equally as eye-catching. The craftsmen/installation team were incredible and professional. Communication and customer service were fantastic. This is our 2nd time working with Lux Iron Works and they always do great work.
I recently had a railing designed and installed by Lux Ornamental Iron Works and I am thrilled with the results! Larry listened and followed through with exactly what I proposed! The whole process went smoothly from start to finish! I would definitely recommend this company if you want a beautiful quality railing at a reasonable price!!
It takes a while to get a custom railing, but it is exactly what was appropriate. It is a simple design which does not overtake the design of the house. The men who came to install it were skilled, and paid attention to detail. All persons in the company are pleasant and easy to work with. Thank you.
