I’ve had an overall positive experience living at Lux on Main. The property is maintained, the units are modern, and the location is convenient. The maintenance team is responsive and does a great job. One area that really needs improvement, however, is the bark park. Unfortunately, it is often filled with dog waste, which makes it unpleasant and at times unusable. This seems to be an ongoing issue that is not being addressed. I love living at Lux! This has been my best apartment experience so far! Will and the rest of the team are always so helpful and friendly.
I came to visit here just exploring my options and i was impressed with the good customer service and professionalism that the staff gave to me . I felt like they answered all my questions clearly and i would definitely recommend the property .
I moved here because of the convenient location near my job. Since moving in, maintenance has been excellent and responsive. I’m in agreement with other reviews concerning the extra trash fee that’s charged on top of valet trash. This fee is not clearly stated in the lease, and the amount varies depending on floor occupancy, making the monthly charges unpredictable.
