I lived in this condominium for 2 years, the last 6 months were a very bad experience, the apartment was flooded so I had to go stay a week in a hotel, the condominium staff is indifferent, they are just a very well-oiled machine for collecting and charging more for things or omissions. I just toured this property and was immediately impressed by how welcoming and friendly the leasing office staff were. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely valued and comfortable. What really stood out to me was that the manager took the time to personally come out and introduce herself. Nice community. The gym is good. The management team responds to most situations quickly. Cleaning can be improved. Overall recommended as long as your room does not face Belt Line, otherwise the traffic noise and train horn can be unbearable. Update after moving out: smooth move out process, no struggle getting my full deposit amount back.

I lived in this condo for two years. The first year was fine. The second year, things got worse. The air conditioning ducts were in poor condition. I had to throw out a lot of things because they were moldy. The smell in building C was unpleasant (garbage, food, and marijuana). The apartment had a leak problem, and management did nothing to help us. The service was poor, and one of the maintenance employees was super rude. They spent over two weeks making incomplete repairs. I do not recommend living in these apartments.
