The new management is great. Will , the property manager is amazing! He really cares about his tenants and always has a positive attitude.
What a beautiful property and Jada was incredible to work with. Very knowledgeable and welcoming during the tour which is a rarity these days. The apartments have a beautiful finish out.
Living here after Lux on Main was acquired by RPM has been incredibly disappointing. The luxury promised is no longer reflected in the property. Trash piles up in the chutes and even spills into the parking garage, hallways are constantly dirty, maintenance requests go unaddressed, and security doors remain broken. Some management and front office staff show little professionalism or accountability. The only constant positive is the community of residents who moved in under Olympus.
