Living here after Lux on Main was acquired by RPM has been incredibly disappointing. The luxury promised is no longer reflected in the property. Trash piles up in the chutes and even spills into the parking garage, hallways are constantly dirty, maintenance requests go unaddressed, and security doors remain broken. Some management and front office staff show little professionalism or accountability. The only constant positive is the community of residents who moved in under Olympus. I couldn’t be happier than to call this place home! Ashley, Kylie, and Jacob have been so welcoming and are making it easier for me to want to renew again. 10/10
This place used to be an excellent place to live until this new management took over ! I moved out in 2022 and made sure my name was completely off of the lease and I had an amazing relationship with the old management ( Olympus property management) 2 years later this new management took over and immediately filed an eviction against me!! No one ever tried to contact me ! The older management can't understand How did they bring my name back on the lease without me signing it especially that the newer tenant has already renew... read more
