This place is a JOKE I wouldn't even get an apartment here just a constant automated system on the phone and text message no wonder you all have apartments available you barely rent them out not everyone has excellent credit!!! 😔
No air conditioning in bathroom or bedroom only hotel unit in living room. very expensive for no central ac in kansas when it gets to 90-100+ degrees. sure the countertop is nice woo hoo how about normal heating/ac?
I love living here. At first when I moved in the management/maintenance was horrible and they were never here and never did their job. When we got Bambi we actually had someone that cared abt the place and the tenants. She's added so many little upgrades and really wants this place to feel like a community.
