Simple, everything was in order. Except the area that recently caught fire. It smells BAD and is taking too long to be corrected.
Excellent experience! The property manager, Bambi, is super kind, friendly and fair. She helped me out a ton with the application process and was very sympathetic to my current situation. I cannot thank her enough for everything that she has done for me to help me get my own roof over my head after living in hotels for the majority of this year. Moved in June 2024 (not great experience) and the complex did a complete 180 once Bambi took over! Would recommend renting here. Bambi actually cares what is going on.
