I had such an amazing experience at Lux Nailspa! I’m so so obsessed with how my nails turned out. I showed my manicurist a photo of what I wanted and he absolutely nailed it on the dot. The shape is so clean and flattering, the French tips are crisp and even, and the hand-painted white details with the little gems and flowers are gorgeous. Great customers service again. I haven’t gotten my nails done in a while & I came back to get a mani pedi. Chris did an amazing job, very personable. This place is also very clean & calm. Thank you guys.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. I am beyond disappointed. After shopping at Whole Foods, I thought it would be a fun bonding experience for my daughter and me to stop in for pedicures and a manicure for her. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. The gentleman performing my pedicure cut into my toe, causing it to bleed. Very nice place and kind people there, I got my nails done by BJ and he was really nice to talk to. And on top of it, lots of attention to detail on my nails.
