If I could leave zero stars, I would. I am beyond disappointed. After shopping at Whole Foods, I thought it would be a fun bonding experience for my daughter and me to stop in for pedicures and a manicure for her. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. The gentleman performing my pedicure cut into my toe, causing it to bleed. Very nice place and kind people there, I got my nails done by BJ and he was really nice to talk to. And on top of it, lots of attention to detail on my nails.
The BEST nail salon in San Antonio! My daughter loves her Christmas nails!
Man…what a bummer. Just left so disappointed bc I got charged $20 to have gel removed with no other service. They spent about 11 min total and didn’t shape or put any clear polish on my nail. The manager was rude and couldn’t care less about being kind and helpful. I guess this is why no one is ever here. It was only my 2nd time but I highly recommend no one going. Spend the money and always go to Polished off pond hill road! They will treat you with kindness and present you with real customer service!
Very good customer service. Not great nails, acrylics lifted within 2 weeks, design was not even on all the nails, and overall felt chunky. I did go back in and they fixed my nails by taking the design off.
