I called on 4/18 and made a an appointment for 11 on 4/19 got there super early (10:35) and was told it would be a 10 minute wait but I didn’t mind since I was early. Other people came in for pedicures and other services and were helped immediately but since the service was different I tried to be understanding. I asked who I assumed was the owner how much longer at 10:50 and he snapped and stated “ I told you 10 minutes “ it had been beyond that. Beautiful pedicures for my daughter and myself, and manicure with different design on each nail for my daughter. Very nice staff and clean salon!
First time here and I had the best experience. David did a wonderful job on my full set and he also made sure I would be happy with the work.
I would highly recommend Lux Nails & Spa. The salon was clean and staff was friendly and very attentive. Amazing pedicure and eyebrow waxing. I will be going back!
