I’m leaving this review because unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. This was my first time at the salon, and when I walked in I explained that I wasn’t completely sure what I wanted yet, but that I really like going big with my nails and wanted someone who was comfortable doing nail art and designs. Great service I go to TY, he does great and Lee did an awesome pedicure!!! Highly recommend!!! Quick and friendly!!!
I had an okay experience overall. The pedicure itself was average and, for the price, I expected more attention to detail. I also brought in an inspiration photo of a simple French pedicure, but I was told it would cost an extra $15 just to recreate the design. In my opinion, the design was very basic, so the additional charge didn't feel justified. The staff was polite, but between the higher price and the average quality, I don't think I'll be returning.
I went here yesterday to get my eyebrows waxed, and unfortunately, I left very disappointed. The technician took off far too much hair from both of my eyebrows. When I brought it to her attention, instead of acknowledging my concern, she insisted that she hadn’t removed too much hair and claimed she had only plucked around my brows. After going back and forth, I decided it wasn’t worth arguing anymore. I paid for the service, didn’t leave a tip, and left.
