Not sure why the reviews are so horrible but I have never had a bad experience here. So far Tom, Yen, Jenny and Tammy have done an amazing job!
Every time I walk into this establishment, it’s convenient how the only person available to do nails is a man. All of the men who work here are rough and do a terrible job at nails. I have gone here about five times simply out of convenience, but I will now inconvenience myself so that I can get an actual manicure. What you pay for is nowhere near the awful service that you receive. If you want neat and even nails, this is not the place for you. I usually come in with an appointment or i’ll try to call to avoid waiting too long. This time I waited max 10 minutes to get my mani done because I wanted someone specific. I wasn’t mad because I went for a Mani/Pedi and ended up getting my pedicure first while she finished up and was almost done with her 3rd client from when i walked in. expect 1hr+ session. A very dirty place ….someone needs to manage
Always with the excuses.. oh your nail just goes that way..or oh the polish on your toe cuticle is cuz your nail is so small.. Like No. I've been going to the nail salon since I was 10.. im 35.. Yes my nails go certain ways yes my toe nails are small... But..This seems like a Them problem considering many other Nail Techs in the past have excelled at both my personal Mani and pedis!.
